One of those times I couldn't get Terragen to make a good sky for anything, so I rendered the scene without a sky. I rendered the sky separately later. I put the two renders together in Photoshop, adding the fog and the double frame after that. All in all, I think it turned out well, so I'm kind of proud of it.

You know what would be super... a tutorial or a short vid on how to make a terrain as awsome as this. I need to know how to make them for school projects and stuff.

Actually, this was just one of those terrains randomly generated by Terragen itself. I set the Realism slider all the way, but that's about the only tip I can give you about the terrain. But if you men the surface map that gives it the striped look, I could email that to you if you send me you email address by note.
